Ghost Isle Beer

Our 10 barrel steam-powered brew house feeds 4 fermenters and 8 serving tanks, giving us the ability to offer a wide selection of styles. As we continue on our journey we plan to dive into the depths of experimentation and create unique beers and flavors to keep it new and exciting.

New Buffalo Pilsner

4.7% ABV 16 IBU

All Pilsner malt creates a biscuit-like flavor, perfectly balanced with an earthiness from traditional German noble hops.

Pitstop - Belgian Cherry Ale

5% ABV 10 IBU

Light and flavorful beer meets sweet and tart cherries. The beautiful color comes from Michigan Montmorency cherries and is complemented with an approachable Belgian ale to bring this delight all together!

Stoner’s Paradise - NE IPA

5.2% ABV 2 IBU

Hazy, smooth, creamy and, most importantly, juicy. Minimal bitterness makes intense fruit flavors the focus of this New England IPA.

Black Isle - Stout

5.1% ABV 18 IBU

A stout drinkers go-to that offers a smooth, full body with hints of chocolate and coffee. Comforting richness that can be enjoyed anytime of the year.

Driftwood - Brown Ale

5% ABV 20 IBU

This classic brown ale gives you all the malty goodness you want with notes of biscuit, brown sugar, and toasted caramel with a nice dry finish.

Cinnamon Ghost Crunch - Porter

7.2% ABV 10 IBU

An excellent balance of Cinnamon, Vanilla and Lactose make this toasty beer a delicious full bodied porter.
