The brewery sports a 10 barrel steam-powered brew house. Serving tanks stand behind the bar supplying fresh craft beer in pints and crowlers year-round. We have a full bar and love experimenting with craft cocktails for our guests. Our kitchen dishes out a delicious assortment of shareable appetizers, sandwiches, main dishes and more.

Our deck outside presides over sweeping wetlands that carry the name “Louis J Sima Great Lakes Marsh,” after Jim’s beloved Grandfather Louis J Sima. “Ghost Island” itself sits to the left and west of the brewery, and takes its name from generations of residents who played there as children and teens, and claim it hosts supernatural activity.
